How do I reset my password?

Open the app, tap Log in, then Forgot password? and follow the email instructions. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

My worship progress or pearls aren't syncing

Tuba works offline and syncs when you're back online. Make sure you have a connection and the app is updated to the latest version. If progress is still missing after a minute, contact us with your account email.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's store. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their own policies. See our Terms of Service for details.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. See the Account Deletion page for the steps.

Which languages does Tuba support?

The app and website are available in 17 languages. You can change the language from your profile settings in the app or the language switcher on this site.
