Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Tuba account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what is removed, and what is kept. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete From Within the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Tuba app:

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device. You must be signed in to use this option.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion without reinstalling or signing in. Email support@gettuba.app from the email address associated with your Tuba account and ask us to delete it.

To help us verify ownership, send the request from your account email and include the email address used to sign up. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once completed.

What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal information that identifies you, including:

  • Your email address
  • Your display name
  • Your password
  • Apple or Google sign-in identifiers linked to your account
  • All active sessions and refresh tokens (you are signed out everywhere)

What Is Retained

Your worship and task history, garden contents and inventory, pearl balance, transaction logs, and app preferences are kept in an anonymized form that is no longer linked to your identity and can no longer be traced back to you. This data is retained to maintain the integrity of aggregate statistics and the marketplace economy.

We may also retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and anonymized aggregate analytics. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before they are purged.

Effect on Subscriptions

Deleting your Tuba account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel an active subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise billing may continue.
